Braintree

Community Transport Mini-Bus

Working in partnership with Braintree District Council, the Braintree Village Agents now have access to a fully accessible minibus with or without a driver, and will be offering the use of this service to the residents of Braintree District.  All drivers are trained to MiDas standard (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme).

The Village Agents will be using the bus for shopping trips, group social events, or even days out to the seaside as the weather gets warmer.  The Agents will be organising events using the bus in areas across Braintree, collecting residents and then dropping them off.  Fares are subsidised on a not-for profit basis.

So if you are interested in using this service, or if you are a member of a group that wants to organise a day out and would like a quote contact your local Village Agent, or call 0800 977 5858.
